In addition to open courses, we offer in-house training services on facilitative leadership and participatory approaches and methods.

Our in-house trainings are designed on the basis of more than 20 years of experience in the training of facilitators in a variety of methods.

- facilitators' core competencies (as defined by IAF - International Association of Facilitators)
- extensive use of simulations and case studies;
